Born and raised in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Jennifer Foster is a lifelong entrepreneur and master hairstylist with a passion for empowering others. From launching the territory’s first mobile salon to opening Shear Xtasy Hair Boutique—an award-winning salon that served the community for over 20 years—Jennifer has always been a trailblazer.
After transitioning into real estate with Red Gate Villas and Atlanta’s Orange Oasis, both 5-star Superhost vacation rentals, she turned her focus to helping others succeed. Signature Suites was born from her desire to provide accessible, modern spaces for entrepreneurs to thrive. With flexible leases, secure entry, and the motto “Your Space for Success,” Jennifer continues to create opportunity and inspire excellence.
